In case you want to subscribe with us, please take the following steps:
1. Download the subscription form

2. Fill out the form*

3. Hand in the form, together with a passport photo
1) send it by regular mail to "DBSV Red Socks, postbus 616, 6200 MD Maastricht" OR
2) hand it over to one of the members of the board before or after practice
In case you played football at another club in the Netherlands before, you need to fill out the transfer file.

The transfer file has to be filled out by your former club and DBSV Red Socks. You can make an appointment with our secretary (secretaris@dbsvredsocks.nl).
After the transfer has been arranged, follow step 1, 2 and 3 in order to subcribe!
